As we discussing the Cheap and Easy Plant-based Meal Plan which is the lowest spend as per the food chart analysis and I am so going to help you with the further name of food list we will be buying in our Cheap and Easy plant-based family meal plan.
Ø 26Kg Peanut Butter cost $85 which contains Calories 1571 x 17, Protein 53g x 17, Fat 51g x 17, Carbs 226g x 17. You can eat 4 tbsp every day, this is natural peanut butter so when you open on top it contains oil on top, so you need to mix it properly before eating.
Ø Organic Superfood Blend which contains 1 ½ Bunches Broccoli, 2 cups Blue Berries, 1 ½ Tomato, 6g Vegan Proteins, 100% DV Vitamins B6, B12, and many other vitamins and nutrition’s which will fill your all other body required. This food cost $90 which contains Calories 1661 x 10, Protein 65g x 10, Fat 51g x 10, Carbs 236g x 10. You can eat 4 scoops every day.
Ø 2Kg Long Grain Brown Rice cost $110 which contains Calories 2036 x 2, Protein 73g x 2, Fat 55g x 2, Carbs 324g x 2. You can eat 1.9 cups cooked every day.

Now I am also going to discuss the preparation part of the food which we discussed in our list and how to use one, this food is very easy to prepare in a short time. The food we will be cooking is not just for one day it will be a 4 days Plant-Based meal plan.
Ø 2 ½ cup of dry rice and divided equally in 4 part and store and then I will cook 4 sweet potatoes which I will be using all in 4 to 5 day (You need to cut in form of finger chips and then cook in oven as per you like without using oil for 15 to 20 minutes x 2).
Ø Use one lemon every day for a juice in full glass of water (Squeeze the juice out or squeeze and put both lemon and juice in water. You can also use hot water for the drink), For morning tea you can also use soya milk for your tea 1 Cup every day.
Ø 1 cup Organic BlueBerries and 1 cup Organic Dark Sweat Cherries and 1 cup super blend food powder water as per your need and mix it. Add 1 Banana mess it and mix all together and then boil it for 5 minutes, remove in a bowl and add ½ cup of soya milk on top. Then mix and wait for it to get cool and then have it in the form of soup.
